A white lace dress is perfect for most seasons. Since spring is just around the corner ( or at least I hope it is) I wanted to wear my new lace dress from She in – it is so delicate and beautiful for any spring/ summerday paired with your fav sandals.
For now I will wear it with a chunky knit to stay warm and my Zara stilettos.
I know monochrome is a safe choice and some may even call it the easy choice – but I find it to be very chic and classic.
Most of my closet consists of black and white clothes mixed with denim, grey and navy. This makes it easy for me to get dressed for the office in the morning. Just add heels, Chanel and red lipstick and off you go!
Like this grid coat for example. It has a very classic cut and yet it is so diversital. It instantly spiced up my LBD for a special occation or when I wear it with demin as seen on a previous post.
Do you think monochrome is boring and easy?

I got this new dress from Shein – it is amazing! Even though the weather was not in its favour I could not wait to wear it! I added some lace up boots and a leather jacket to make it more into a daytime look.
Do you love turning your eveningwear into daytime looks? I cant help myself on the weekends! Especially when workweek is filled with suits and skirts.
I have added a little Shein wishlist below of items that I need in my collection.
My go-to outfits usually revolves around black clothes. I could literally wear black all day- every day.
I know people find it to be the easy or safe choice, but I feel that you can easily make it interesting by mixing different textures.
Okay I admit that, after i started my Instagram account, I have tried several times, to say goodbye to black and try new colors. If you follow me you know that I have given that up! I post daily and I almost always wear something black! Oh well… maybe it should be my new years resolution? Less black in 2016?……………………………………………………..
To make these simple coated jeans more interesting, I added some classic red soles, a boucle jacket and a monochrome v-neck. This made the perfect casual chic work ensemble, for a day at the office.
What do you think? is black too boring?
Wearing: Louboutin heels( Buy similar here ), Day Birger et Mikkelsen jacket (buy similar here ), Jeans: Dranella buy here , H&M bag ( from last season), Vila knit ( buy similar here – yes I have this color as well 🙂 ) Sunnies: Céline (buy here )
I have always been the kind of girl that wore heels everywhere! And I mean EVERYWHERE!
The comments about me wearing heels are endless! ‘How can you walk in those HIGH heels’ or ‘Does your feet hurt when you wear THOSE?’
So I decided to change it up a bit and started wearing flats more. I have to admit they are more comfortable! But are they just as chic as a great pair of Louboutins?
The first pair of designer flats was of corse by Mr. Louboutin. The Pigalle studded flats was love at first sight! Not only where they comfortable but they had an edge.
I began to love wearing flats and when I saw the Noir Valentino Rockstuds in Paris last year, I knew I could not leave without them! (btw you can buy them at mytheresa.com). These rockstuds are litterally THE best pair of flats I have ever owned! I can walk in them all day and take them from day to night in a heartbeat.
But I would NEVER EVER have imagined myself wearing sneakers! I mean do chic sneakers really exist?! I am not sure…
On the other hand.. I must admit that my affair with Stan Smith might be a never ending love story! I just adore them! You can wear them with everything from a long flowy dress paired with a leatherjacket to a skirt ( like I did in these pics) or with your jeans. Stans are so versatile and fashionable in every way.
I might have to get another pair! Maybe I should design my own next time?
